Contribute to the product discovery process through ideation, validation, and iteration.
Conduct user research, map user journeys, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and designs.
Work as part of an Agile team, actively participating in sprints and product reviews.
Stay up to date with design trends, UX patterns, and SaaS usability standards.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners/ Product Manager, Developer, and Business teams to design end- to- end user experiences that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and justify design decisions with data and logic.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system that ensures product scalability and brand coherence.
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with good experience in UX.
Strong logical and structured thinking in problem- solving and design decisions.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro).
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
A solid portfolio demonstrating end- to- end product design work — from research and ideation to final implementation
