Product Designer Middle/ Senior

You will collaborate daily with a diverse set of specialists, including Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineers, Product Analysts, Business Stakeholders & End users to build a great user experience that balances business results with end- user delight.
Responsibilities

Contribute to the team&039;s knowledge- sharing culture by organizing workshops and writing blog posts.
Collaborate and work across functions including design, product, engineering, and data teams to ship high- quality products
Ensure that the quality of implementation meets design requirements
Turn data from the market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights and make the appropriate product design solution.
Collaborate with peers in other design teams and contribute to the Design System
Understand the full scope of a typical user- centered design process: build low & high- fidelity wireframes (UX), create visual design (UI) & prototype design solutions (Interaction Design).

Experience in building Website Design Systems, including style, UI components, design patterns, motion systems, and guideline documents.
At least 4 years of experience in website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and collaborative process.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS is a plus.
Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools such as Figma and Protopie (or a willingness to learn new tools).
Strong communication skills to effectively present your design ideas and decisions to teams.
An owner’s mindset – you embrace challenges and tackle difficult problems head- on.
Background knowledge or passion for product design, user experience, and psychology.

Salary & Allowances

13- month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
Annual leaves: Up to 20 days/year (based on levels)
