About the role
We’re looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who’s excited to turn complex challenges into simple, beautiful, and intuitive experiences. You’ll design elegant solutions for both Web and Mobile apps, while also shaping our design culture and helping the team level up.

What you’ll do
Help shape the way we design and grow the maturity of the design team.
Work with PO/PM by contributing to User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.
Share ideas, give/receive feedback, and continuously raise the design quality bar.
Explore and conduct design research when needed.
Transform problems into elegant, user- friendly design solutions.
Bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and high- fidelity UI.
Contribute to and expand our Design System & Design Principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Operators to deliver features that matter.
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in Product Design (web & mobile).
Proficiency in Figma (Design System, UI Kit, Prototyping).
A portfolio that shows strong UX flow design and UI craft.
Comfortable with Agile/Scrum and working across multiple teams.
A curious mind, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong in system thinking & information architecture.
Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Understanding of UX Storyboarding concepts.
Basic AI literacy – able to use AI tools for research, ideation, and design support.
Learning & Growth at GHN
Logistics/enterprise experience is a plus, not required.
Every design you create will directly connect physical operations with digital platforms.
