Product Data Analyst

Reporting & Dashboard Development

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards for areas such as Portfolio / Category Management, Pricing, and Marketing
Present analysis results in clear, actionable formats through dashboards and presentations
Support the creation of high- quality PowerPoint reports for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of software tools and infrastructure to enhance data quality (perspective development responsibility)
Conduct deep- dive analyses to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across product categories and markets
Prepare and structure data to support management decision- making

Data Preparation & Quality Testing

Test and validate the quality of data in the Global Data Pool
Ensure the availability and accuracy of data by coordinating with key stakeholders and international subsidiaries
Clean, prepare, and transform data using tools such as Tableau Prep, Power BI, and KNIME

Cross- Functional Coordination

Collaborate increasingly over time in deriving strategic and operational measures based on insights generated
Collaborate with internal teams (Category Management, Marketing, Sales) to track performance and define KPIs

Product Portfolio Phase- Out Planning & Support

Independently analyze discontinuation potential and prepare data for the Global Innovation Management team
Monitor the implementation of portfolio- related decisions to ensure their long- term impact.

Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, solution- oriented, and hands- on mindset
Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of Tableau and/or Power BI
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with 3 years of experience.
Experience with Tableau Prep and/or KNIME is a strong advantage
