Job Description
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
Define product requirements: Based on client needs and feedback, you&039;ll need to analyze to make sure the requirements are valid to create the detailed story that guides the development team in building the product.
Stay up- to- date: You&039;ll need to stay up- to- date with industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies that could impact the product.
Manage the product backlog: You&039;ll need to maintain a product backlog, ensuring that the most important items are at the top of the list & no redundant stories to cause confusion.
Work with the development team: You&039;ll need to work closely with the development team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the stories, and to answer any questions that arise during development.
Analyze metrics: You&039;ll need to analyze usage metrics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and to guide future product development.
Prioritize features: You&039;ll need to prioritize stories based on the value brought to the business objectives and technical constraints. You&039;ll also need to communicate these priorities to the development team for the counter check.
Implement and oversee the successful execution of the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders: You&039;ll need to collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to ensure that the product meets their needs and that they have the necessary resources to promote and support the product.
Job Requirement
At least 4 years of working experience in the same position.
Ownership attitude: You take responsibility for results, follow through on commitments, and help push things forward when obstacles arise.
Proven ability to break down complex business requirements into clear deliverables, manage the product backlog, set priorities, and balance trade- offs.
A strong product mindset: You prioritize solving the right problems, focus on achieving outcomes, and balance business goals with user needs rather than just delivering tickets.
Good English skills: Communication, Reading, Writing skill.
Have experience with Agile methodology.
Must be experienced in the Business Analyst skill set.
Comfortable working directly with engineers, designers, commercial teams, and non- technical stakeholders: You know how to adjust your communication style to keep everyone aligned and informed.
