Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Producer/Writer who can shape stories from the first spark of an idea to the final frame on screen. If you can imagine worlds, craft scripts that hook viewers, and guide productions with both artistry and precision, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do
Story & Concept Development
Generate, develop, and pitch bold creative ideas for branded content, commercials, and original projects.
Research and explore storytelling opportunities that resonate with target audiences and brand values.
Scriptwriting
Write compelling scripts for TVCs, digital videos, branded content, and documentaries.
Adapt tone, style, and narrative structure for different platforms and formats.
Production Leadership
Oversee pre- production, shoots, and post- production to ensure creative quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and crews to translate scripts into powerful visual experiences.
Project Management
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, balancing feedback with creative integrity.
Manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines with an eye for detail.
Editing & Refinement
Review and polish scripts and edits to enhance emotional and storytelling impact.
What You Bring
Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio spanning scripted and unscripted work.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast- paced environment.
Familiarity with end- to- end production workflows.
Skilled at adapting writing for different audiences, platforms, and formats.
Awareness of storytelling trends in Vietnam, the Mekong region, and globally.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in branded content, commercials, or documentary filmmaking (bonus if across multiple markets).
Proven experience as a Producer/Writer in video production, advertising, or content creation.
