Produce Monitor

Training:
• Process (Receiving, Handling, Displaying)
• Standard ( Technical File, Concepts, Promotion)
• Managing stock and order
Supervisor:
• Monitor the whole process from goods receiving at warehouse, handling from warehouse to storage, and good get display on
shelf.
• Conduct training to store staffs of Produce on Standard, Process and managing stock & order
• Monitor the concepts are fully implemented.
• Monitor the promotion program of produce are well execute

Functional knowledge & experience:
- Experienced in Superstore(fresh food department) or restaurant
Functional skill:
- Skills in data synthesis, analysis and budgeting.
- Using management software, having experience using SAP / GOLD is an advantage.
- Good negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills
Managerial skill:
- Good communication skills, effective work organization.
Attitude: Able to work under pressure and manage large amounts of information
Language: Fluent in English & Vietnamese
Education: University level
Office skills: Excel, Power point, and MS word
Seniority: 5- 7 years of experience in supervising in restaurants or related
