Ensuring 95% of services are priced correctly, competitively and within the operating budget of the Logistics & Warehouse Services Department
Carry out settlement and issues related to documents, procedures, delivery, receipt, contract liquidation and coordinate with accounting to complete payments to suppliers.
Report work results and improvement proposals to Senior Purchasing Department & Board of Directors

Foreign language requirements: English (Writing, Reading)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, especially purchasing experience in MRO, Logistics & Warehouse fields in FMCG companies or Food manufacturing companies is a big advantage.
Graduate University with major relevant
Have knowledge about purchasing, understand the products and goods that need to be purchased to serve the purchasing job well
Monitor contract implementation progress. Check documents and monitor procedures for receiving imported goods.
Know how to plan actions/work to achieve goals, improve work according to PDCA, be flexible when implementing and always have an alternative backup plan.
