• Follow up the first inspection, initial report, RoHS summary.
• Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
• Review and analyze, compare all suppliers, and price options.
• Issue PO, manage delivery and control inventory.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and potential future development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
• Develop new suppliers and take charge of supplier related paperwork.
• Use SAP systems to control and follow up procurement activities.

• Have good analytical, strategic thinking, time management skills.
• Can commute by motorbike to work.
• Language: English communication and writing.
• Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Japanese communication is a plus.
• Have knowledge of procurement operations (supplier development) and at least 03 years of experience as procurement/purchasing staff.
• Be capable of handling multi- tasks, prioritizing and working with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be capable of working well with management and staff at all levels.
• Education: University/ College
