Procurement/Purchasing Executive (F&B | Sourcing | Importation)

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Closely work with R&D in developing new menu items or any ideas of alternative/backup materials to improve the COGs of the brand.
Negotiate contract, price, and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities for reduction cost to improve supply chain process.
Indentify process improvement opportunities to deliver value and reduce cost in the procurement process.
Source and purchase imported and local goods and services complying with brand standard, company policies, and procedures at the best price and terms (payment, delivery, sponsor,..).
Build and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers to leverage on the opportunities of cost reduction and service efficiency.
Explore alternative sources for goods, service, materials,…
Monthly Report: price Trend, COGs report, spending analysis, contract management, supplier management, supplier evaluation,…
Evaluate vendor performance to propose recommendations for future business dealings.
Work with forwarders to do customs clearance the imported goods applied for oversea suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Proactively and flexibly source to propose alternative sources and backup source of supply for best cost, terms, and safety supply chain.
Understand the overall process of supply chain department and nature of each brand under F&B Group to propose the suitable source of supply.

Good command of English.
University graduate in Economic, Foreign Trade, or Business Management.
Experienced with ERP (SAP) would be preferred.
Preferred candidates having experience in procurement/supply chain, for both imported and local food materials, packaging, or equipment.
Strong analytical skills.
Good negotiation and problem- solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self- improvement, self- motivation, integrity, independence, and ability to work under high pressure.
