Procurement Operation Staff

We are seeking the qualified candidates for the role of Procurement Operations Staff to support our procurement team for a period of 06 months (we open for freshers). The successful candidates will assist in various aspects of the procurement process, ensuring efficient and effective procurement operations at CJ Foods Vietnam.
This role is in charge of:
(40%) Contract Management: Documents preparation related to procurement activities

Seal Contract in the envelop with Supplier&039;s information
Print & Submit signing off, Stamping, Save in folder under each categories
Contract numbering: keeping the rule for whole Procurement team.

(20%) Monthly payment requests and follow- up and compliance checking
(5%) Monthly time attendance & Stationery monthly/quaterly
(5%) Data management: Supporting team in data collection, building supplier database, etc.
(20%) Handling general paperwork as assigned by manager such as: filling documents, documents submission, arranging meeting, reporting, presentation preparation
(10%) Other tasks as assigned by manager (Procurement Head)

Can- do attitude; Willingness to learn; Time management.
Good command of Microsoft Office especially Excel & Powerpoint
Good command of English (mostly reading & writing).
1+ years of experience in similar position.
University/ College degree, majored in Economics/ Supply Chain/ Accounting or related majors
