Procurement Manager - Raw Materials (FMCG)

- Evaluate and select suppliers of raw materials, materials, and services to represent the company in negotiating contracts and purchasing policies with supplier&039;s to ensure adequate supply according to QUOTIF.
- Maintain purchasing data (orders, delivery and receipt schedules). Control purchasing budget. Prepare reports on market and purchasing costs.
- Analyze the market and control supply to ensure the readiness of raw materials now and in the future.
- Report work results and improvement proposals to the Purchasing Director
- Develop and build systems, contracts, and purchasing processes. Manage online purchasing system (if any).
- Participate in the process of developing product standards and alternative materials.

- Understand the purchasing and payment process (domestic and foreign). Have knowledge about sourcing new Supplier
- Interact well with other departments.
- Have knowledge about purchasing, understand the products and goods that need to be purchased to serve the purchasing job well
- Use office computers and common software. Successful use of ERP system
- Able to adapt to assignment and rotation in different areas of work in the purchasing field according to job requirements
- Foreign language: English (reading, understanding, writing)
- Know how to make action/work plans to achieve goals, improve work according to PDCA, be flexible in implementation and always have alternative backup plans and how to handle all situations that arise during the purchasing process row. .
- Knowledge of purchasing, understanding and grasping market information about products and goods to buy (Market trends, product sugar, Milk, packaging,...).
- 05 years of purchasing management experience or equivalent at food companies (Required).
