Responsibilities
• Negotiate, negotiate prices of raw materials, packaging and items of goods to be purchased
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle situations arising during the purchasing process.
• Work with relevant departments when developing new products or improving current products: R&D, costing, Finance, Production...
• Evaluate ordering plans, make purchasing requests, manage the selection process.
• Prepare reports on quality, quantity, price of goods and inventory quantity in accordance with the prescribed time
• Manage the work of the Procurement department
• Monitor work progress, periodically report work status to managers
• Plan and prioritize purchasing activities, adjust requirements accordingly.
• Evaluate, update and maintain orders until completion.
• Monitor and update daily purchasing prices of domestic and foreign suppliers
• Plan to purchase items from domestic and foreign suppliers according to the requirements of the departments to keep up with the work progress
• Support employees in negotiating and solving problems with partners, departments, finding the best sources of supply in terms of quality, price, payment terms...
• Research the market and competitors
• Some other tasks that arise during the working process
• Manage suppliers: quality, debt, service, delivery, warranty
• Contact domestic and foreign suppliers, analyze prices to find reputable suppliers with the best prices
• Search and develop more sources of supply for the company
• Closely monitor the purchasing process and costs
