Definition of the job: PV Engineer will be responsible for installation qualification, operation qualification and parameter qualification new machine and process. Ensure machine and process are validated well meet the target output and quality.

Position responsibilities:
* Validation Planning & Coordination
• Organize kick- off meetings with core teams (QA, Production, Maintenance) to define validation methods and key factors.
• Work with Purchasing, Project Manager, Equipment, Facility, and Maintenance teams to prepare materials, machine conditions, layouts, and required resources for validation.
* Validation Execution (IQ, OQ, DOE, PQ)
• Performance Qualification (PQ): Set final parameters that ensure stable quality and output; perform run & rate; prepare line for internal audit and trial runs.
• Installation Qualification (IQ): Verify installation, tooling, machine functions, and compliance with design requirements.
• Operation Qualification (OQ): Adjust machine settings to reach required cycle time and identify quality risks with Quality and Production.
• Design of Experiment (DOE): Plan and analyze experiments to identify machine factors impacting product quality and define optimal machine parameters.
* Quality & Data Management
• Finalize PFC and PFMEA for new machines and production lines.
• Prepare validation reports (IQ, OQ, PQ, DOE).
• Document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Lab Engineers to perform MSA and R&R for new equipment.
* Operational Support
• Manage raw material scrap during validation to ensure accurate inventory before mass production.
• Ensure machines and tooling are stable, qualified, and fully ready for handover to production.
* Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
