Process Quality Assurance (PQA)

Support PMs during project initiation, execution, and closing; monitor project progress, conduct quality reviews before client delivery, and prepare quality improvement plans.
Issue alerts, recommendations, and solutions regarding delays, potential risks, and emerging issues in ongoing or upcoming projects.
Train new staff on company processes.
Adjust and improve processes to better fit project needs and enhance output quality.
Provide guidelines and templates to ensure project quality.
Collect and analyze data, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on software quality control for Project Managers (PMs) and Division Managers.
Monitor and ensure teams strictly follow the approved processes in all projects and departments.
Propose software development and testing processes tailored to project requirements based on Agile, ISO, or CMMI models.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive in seeking learning opportunities beyond assigned responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Proficient in English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, time management, planning, and documentation.
At least 3 years of experience as a QA in software outsourcing or development companies.
Logical thinking and strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools and techniques such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Corrective Action Request (CAR), Control Chart, Cause & Effect Diagram, Pareto Chart, and Scrum process is a plus.
Knowledge of and ability to apply standards such as CMMI, ISO 27000, and ISO 9000.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management.
