Kỹ sư quy trình chịu trách nhiệm phát triển, tối ưu và duy trì các quy trình sản xuất dây cáp tốc độ cao. Mục tiêu đảm bảo sự ổn định sản xuất, chất lượng sản phẩm và cải tiến liên tục về hiệu suất và chi phí.
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes for high- speed cable products. The role ensures production stability, product quality, and continuous improvement in process efficiency and cost. /
Develop and optimize extrusion, PE fill/shell, wrapping, twisting, and jacketing processes for high- speed cables.
Phát triển và tối ưu quy trình đùn, bện, bọc chắn, và bọc vỏ ngoài cho dây cáp tốc độ cao
Analyze process data to improve yield, reduce scrap, and stabilize production performance.
Phân tích dữ liệu quy trình để cải thiện tỷ lệ sản phẩm đạt (yield), giảm phế phẩm và ổn định quá trình sản xuất.
Lead problem- solving activities (e.g., 8D, DOE) for process and quality issues.
Dẫn dắt các hoạt động phân tích nguyên nhân và xử lý sự cố quy trình (8D, DOE…).
Support new product introduction (NPI) and process qualification (PPAP).
Hỗ trợ triển khai sản phẩm mới (NPI) và xác nhận quy trình (PPAP).
Define and maintain process parameters, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Thiết lập và duy trì thông số quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc và quy trình thao tác chuẩn (SOP).
Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure process capability meets product electrical and mechanical requirements (e.g., impedance, SCD21/SCD11/22, Return Loss,..).
Phối hợp với các bộ phận R&D, QA, và sản xuất để đảm bảo khả năng quy trình đáp ứng các yêu cầu điện và cơ (như impedance, SCD21/SCD11/22, Return Loss).
Participate in equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
Tham gia lựa chọn, lắp đặt và chạy thử máy móc, thiết bị sản xuất.
Provide technical training and guidance for operators and technicians.
Đào tạo và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật cho công nhân, kỹ thuật viên vận hành.
