Printing Manager

Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Printing Manager ($2500, ID14884):

Control printing quality, detect production problems and reduce error rates in production.
Propose improvements to increase output and minimize production risks.
Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts for every machine to guarantee peak performance and avoid machine downtime.
Examine the reasons behind poor performance and implement corrective actions.
Create the operating plan and operating procedures for the printing department.
Create a year- long planning and implement for employee training.
Assign personnel to operate the machinery.
Supervise implementation of 5S, ISO, TPM, GMI, FSC, BRC..., controlling labor safety, training and evaluating employees.
Evaluate and modify the operating manufacturing procedures.
Make sure the machine is operating well, plan its work, and schedule regular maintenance and repairs.
Observe or performance on every device.

Fluent in English
Male/Female. Age: 27- 45 years old
Deep knowledge and experience of offset printing technology and process.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in printing packaging manufacturing industry.
Graduated from university with majoring in electrical, mechanical, and printing engineering
