Your mission is to build cross- functional ID & organization platform services that provide a smooth experience to our customers, promote site usage, and enhance the overall value of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Uphold high standards for code quality and system reliability through code reviews, testing, and operational best practices.
Develop, and operate high- quality, scalable, and secure application for our platform services.
Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers, product managers, and other team members across geography in a constructive and respectful manner.
Mentor and influence other engineers in the HCMC office to help them grow their technical skills and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from implementation to production support and continuous improvement of our core services.

7+ years of experience as a server- side engineer
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies based on architectural requirements and technical specifications
Proven ability to elevate the overall technical capabilities of the team, with experience in mentoring and developing junior to mid- level engineers
Strong communication skills for collaborating constructively and respectfully with team members.
Experience in developing medium- to- large scale applications

Experience in developing platform services
Experience in modernizing legacy applications
Experience in Ruby, Java/Kotlin or Go.
