Pricing Manager – Freight Forwarding (Languages: Vietnamese, Chinese & English)

About the Role
GH Logistics Vietnam is looking for a proactive and client- focused Client Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a range of international logistics solutions. This is a high- impact position ideal for a logistics professional fluent in both Chinese and English with hands- on freight forwarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, nurturing strong, long term client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and market presence.
• Provide tailored end- to- end logistics solutions across sea, air, rail, land, warehousing, and customs clearance services.
• Follow up on quotations and actively convert them into bookings, adjusting strategies based on client feedback.
• Resolve client issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze and improve client service and pricing workflows for better efficiency and results.
• Prepare and deliver accurate freight quotations promptly, using up- to- date market insights and pricing data.
• Represent GH Logistics at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and operational teams to meet service expectations and deadlines.
• Negotiate rates and service terms to create cost- effective, customer- centric proposals.
• Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal pricing teams to secure competitive and profitable rates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven ability to prepare and present freight quotations.

• Familiarity with the Vietnam logistics market and experience working with local suppliers and carriers.

• Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required for international communication.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on client service or account management.

• An existing client base in the freight forwarding sector is a strong plus.

• Solid knowledge of international logistics services, including multi- modal freight, warehousing, customs, and cross- border trade.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build relationships, resolve challenges, and close deals.
