Presales Engineer

Prepare and submit project cost estimates to the Sales team based on customer needs and feedback, ensuring deadlines are met for quotation delivery.
Build project BOMs (Bill of Materials) for SMB/SME segments, including: Synology (NAS/Storage), AURCORE (Data Center Solutions), Toshiba Enterprise HDD, and Exascend Enterprise SSD.
Evaluate customer potential, identify challenges and success possibilities, and propose improvement strategies.
Collaborate with related departments (Project Director, Sales Team) to understand customer needs, analyze requirements, provide product consultation, and propose optimal solutions.
Regularly update product knowledge from manufacturers and the Product Management team to better support Sales and advise clients.
Research new products and solutions to meet the company’s and market&039;s evolving demands.
Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management and the Board of Directors.
Support Sales in answering customer inquiries and providing technical consultation related to products and proposed solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in the role of Presales Engineer (surveying, BOM creation, and cost estimation) in the fields of System Integration, Networking, and CCTV.
Ability to consult and quickly solve problems with accurate and efficient solutions.
Strong communication and customer persuasion skills.
Proactive, energetic, good teamwork skills, and professional working style.
English: Able to communicate and understand technical documents.
