Job Description

Prepare and review import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations).
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers, ensure smooth customs clearance.
Support Sales team with reports, presentations, and presales documentation.
Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Warehouse teams to align operations.
Monitor inventory levels, optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensure adequate stock availability.
Report tax/invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate accounting databases.
Manage company expenses, accounts receivable, petty cash, and financial records.
Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, customs requirements.

Effective presentation and basic selling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint.
Personal transportation required.
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
Familiarity with MISA Accounting Software is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or import- export operations.
Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, HS codes, and trade compliance.
Strong integrity, independent working ability, and problem- solving mindset.
