Pre-Sales Team Lead (CS Experience, Fluent Chinese & English)

Monitor teamwork data, conduct analysis and reporting, and propose improvement suggestions for implementation.
Be responsible for the daily management, work allocation and performance evaluation of the pre- sales support team to ensure its efficient operation.
Maintain team morale in high- pressure environments and motivate members to achieve both individual and team performance goals.
Regularly organize team training to improve members&039; capabilities in product knowledge, communication skills and service awareness.
Guide and supervise team members in performing pre- sales support tasks, including customer consultation, sales opportunity discovery, product recommendation and assistance with online purchase.
Closely collaborate with sales, technical and other departments to facilitate the smooth conversion of customer sales inquiries and subsequent follow- ups.
Assist in formulating and optimizing pre- sales support processes and service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates.

Have 1+ year of management experience in customer service or sales support teams.
Have a good understanding of the Chinese market and culture; those with working experience in multinational technology companies are preferred.
Be highly sensitive to data, capable of identifying problems through data analysis and proposing effective improvement measures.
Be able to handle pressure well, remain calm in a fast- paced environment, and drive the team to operate efficiently.
Fluent in both Chinese and English with good written and oral communication skills.
Possess outstanding communication and coordination skills, team leadership abilities, and cross- departmental collaboration capabilities.

An employee who works at night (10 PM- 6 AM) will be paid an additional amount of 30% of the normal salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance.
90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.

20 days leave (12 days of annual leave and 8 days of sick leave).
Full work equipment will be provided.
Annual Health Checkup for employees who have worked for at least 6 months from the date of signing the official labor contract.
Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
