KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Consultation and Support:
• Assist customers in comprehending and resolving technical challenges related to TP- Link&039;s SMB products.
• Address customers&039; technical inquiries, propose solutions, and technical recommendations.
• Advise customers on network device and Wi- Fi SMB solutions tailored to their requirements.
Market Analysis:
• Monitor market trends within the realm of enterprise network and Wi- Fi equipment.
• Keep up- to- date with competitor products and perform comparative analyses with TP- Link&039;s offerings.
Sales Department Support:
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Participate in discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.
Training and Education:
• Organize training sessions for the sales team regarding new products and solutions.
• Develop product documentation to enhance the sales team&039;s and customers&039; understanding of products.
Technical Proficiency:
• Possess broad knowledge of network and Wi- Fi products and solutions.
• Capable of conducting tests and demonstrating solutions effectively to clients.
