KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
Purpose
- Identify opportunities for media events in order to promote Company image of working with the relevant solutions and product teams and PR agency to ensure quality of works and effectiveness
- Report to Regional PR Director/Local PRM, manage and coordinate all PR (media) events and campaigns, whilst building strong relationship with the Vietnamese media
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations
- Analyze and evaluate the results for all media activities, prepare reports as required
- Liaise and communicate with PR agency and relevant product departments internally throughout on a project ongoing basis to ensure project success
- Must be well- known media landscape in the region and assist the execution of public relations strategies and arrange media activities including media interviews for spokesperson/senior executives, media tour to company headquarters, press conference, press release and news clippings to build close media relations with journalists in the region for raising brand awareness and deepening relationship with media for the company
Event Management
- Develop and prepare specific proposals and presentations with clear scope and objectives within the approved framework as well as authorized budget, and in accordance to company policy and procedures
- Provide relevant departments with a media project brief, communicate clearly involvement and commitment required to ensure media project success
- Manage and co- ordinate media events aligned with exhibitions, seminars, customer activities and advertising of working closely with relevant product teams and the government relations team across the company to deliver events in line with the principles’ brand image
Corporate Communications
- University graduate with major in Communications, Marketing, Languages or Business related field
- Manage marketing materials, press kit, media database, local website, media monitoring and follow corporate key messages to control the information flow to the target audience externally and internally
