I/ Key Responsibilities:
- KOL & Influencer Campaign Execution
Identify, reach out, and negotiate with suitable KOLs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) based on campaign goals and audience fit.
Plan and execute monthly seeding campaigns: product gifting, activation invites, or launches.
Handle briefing, sample delivery, timeline management, and content collection.
- Paid KOL Booking
Collaborate with the Brand Manager to select paid KOLs for major campaigns or new product launches.
Monitor deliverables to ensure brand consistency and timeline commitment.
Manage contracts, payment coordination, content approval, and performance tracking.
- Relationship & Community Building
Maintain a strong, ongoing relationship with existing influencer network, beauty bloggers, and micro- KOLs.
Propose new potential faces (rising stars, niche creators) relevant to brand values.
- PR & Press Outreach
Support press release writing and distribution to media outlets.
Coordinate with media/PR agencies or direct press contacts to feature the brand in online articles or magazines.
Track PR results and media value from coverage.
- Tracking & Reporting
Summarize learnings for future campaign improvement.
Track campaign performance metrics: reach, engagement, content quality, ROI.
Build and manage a KOL & media database with contacts, performance, and cost history.
II/ Qualifications:
1–2 years experience in KOL or PR execution, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills.
Passion for beauty trends, influencer landscape, and youth culture.
Understanding of social media metrics and influencer platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
