PQC Staff - Process Quality Control

The job holder will work in 3 shifts and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of quality assurance in processing
• Conduct product examination and Improvement.
• Other related works assigned by superior.
• Control defect parts in- process and take quick action to reduce defect and loss cost.
• Collect data in the process to ensure the good condition of production.
• Conduct Q- check on the process.
• Report to superiors of abnormal quality issues on the process and make daily reports.
• Prepare test report of CR, 4M change.
• Control Process Quality includes identifying problems, analyzing the root cause, and taking countermeasures.
• Train operators/workers on quality matters and ensure workers follow SOP on the production process.
* NOTES:
• Working time: Working in SHIFT (3 shifts)

• Good knowledge and understanding of Measurement Instruments
• Able to read and understand Technical Drawing
• NEW graduates with good ability can be considered
• Careful, hard- working, obedient
• Can work well independently and in a team
• Candidates from Hung Yen are preferred.
• Can communicate in English, Japanese is a plus
• Male; University/ College graduate with Technical major
• At least 01- year experience in QA/QC
• Willing to work in Shifts (3 shifts)
• Good problem- solving, analysis skills
