We are expanding our R&D team and seeking a Power Electronics Engineer who will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high- performance power electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
· Be flexible to work on assignments across different project locations in Vietnam and occasionally abroad when required.
· Collaborate with cross- functional teams (mechanical, control, and systems engineering) to integrate solutions into large- scale renewable energy systems.
· Support the creation of technical documentation, standards, and design guidelines.
· Design, model, and simulate power electronic converters and control systems for renewable energy applications.
· Ensure designs meet safety, efficiency, and compliance requirements.
· Develop hardware prototypes and conduct laboratory testing, validation, and optimization.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
· Hands- on experience with hardware development, PCB design, and testing is a plus.
· Strong problem- solving mindset, eager to work in a fast- paced and innovative environment.
· Knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar, hydrogen, storage, grid integration) is preferred.
· Flexibility to adapt to different project sites (domestic and international).
· Strong foundation in power electronics design, control theory, and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, PSIM).
