We are expanding our R&D team and seeking a Power Electronics Engineer who will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high- performance power electronics systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross- functional teams (mechanical, control, and systems engineering) to integrate solutions into large- scale renewable energy systems.
Be flexible to work on assignments across different project locations in Vietnam and occasionally abroad when required.
Develop hardware prototypes and conduct laboratory testing, validation, and optimization.
Ensure designs meet safety, efficiency, and compliance requirements.
Support the creation of technical documentation, standards, and design guidelines.
Design, model, and simulate power electronic converters and control systems for renewable energy applications.

Qualifications:

Hands- on experience with hardware development, PCB design, and testing is a plus.
Knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar, hydrogen, storage, grid integration) is preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
Strong problem- solving mindset, eager to work in a fast- paced and innovative environment.
Strong foundation in power electronics design, control theory, and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, PSIM).
Flexibility to adapt to different project sites (domestic and international).
