Power Bi Developer (Python, Data Analysis, Sql)

Power BI Leadership
· Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
· Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end- users on Power BI tools and best practices.
· Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with diverse data sources, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
· Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends.
· Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
AI Strategy & Implementation
· Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
· Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and transparency.
· Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, continuously improving accuracy and relevance.
· Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance business processes, customer experience, and decision- making.
· Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
· Develop and deploy AI models for data analytics.

· Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· Microsoft certifications in Power BI and Azure AI are highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
· Hands- on experience with Microsoft Azure AI tools and services.
· Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Technical Lead in data analytics and AI projects.
· Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and SQL.
· Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production environments is a plus.
