Plant Manager (In Food & Beverage)

 Detail information will be discussed on the meeting
 Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plan
 A plant manager is responsible for the entire operations of a manufacturing plant
 Ensure implementation of relevant continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and exploit growth opportunities Within plant operations.
 In charge of: Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D department, Warehouse, Supply chain, Purchasing department
 Coordinate both the processing of orders and the marketing of plant services to facilitate relationships with customers and supply chain partners in the local and regional communities

• Strong business mindset
• 5 years of experience as a plant manager in Food Industry
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
• Understanding of local and international distribution issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Food/ Chemical/Biological
• Knowledge of food safety requirements
• Willingness to travel at short notice.
• Patient and practical while not afraid to tackle the difficult issues.
