Creative Planning Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and analyze market trends, audience insights, and emerging event experiences to craft innovative event strategies.
Confidently deliver English presentations to clients, ensuring clear communication of event ideas.
Oversee the development of proposal presentations, ensuring compelling storytelling, structured flow, and impactful visuals.
Work closely with internal teams (Art Design, Show & Visual, Project) to ensure concepts are engaging and aligned with client objectives.
Guide the ideation and creative storytelling process, ensuring the narrative enhances audience engagement.
Lead the Creative Planning team in developing event concepts and strategic proposals from ideation to execution.
Mentor and develop the Creative Planning team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
At least 2 years of experience in Creative Planning or a similar role at an event agency.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, with strong public speaking and communication abilities.
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a sharp eye for event trends.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and customer insights for strategic recommendations.
Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible in delivering high- quality work.

Salary: Negotiable, from 25M VND and above.
Year- end bonus: 13th- month salary + project bonus + KPI bonus (total from 3 months’ salary and up).
