YOUR MISSION:
• Ensure our goods are produced on time.
• Organize production according to demand and quality standards.
• You is organized and results- driven with great problem- solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills.
• The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost- efficient flow of our production operations.
• Manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.
• Well- versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
• Determine manpower, equipment needed to cover production demand.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports, analysis GAP between plan and actual.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, maintenance, production, quality control, warehouse.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Communicating with other departments within the organization regarding production schedules and deadlines
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders request.
• Coordinating with sale team and warehouse team to arrange for delivery of finished products to customers.
• Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements.
• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Strong organizational and problem- solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to English communication.
• It&039;s also better if candidate has experience in feed or food industry.
• At least 3 years working as Planning Manager/ Supervisor.
• Good at excel, working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good at math and statistics.
• Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
