Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demands and operational targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze production data and forecast demand to optimize capacity and reduce lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels to minimize excess stock while avoiding production delays.
- Create and manage production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor the planning team to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve planning issues promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align planning with material availability and order requirements.
- Implement and maintain ERP and other planning tools for real- time tracking and reporting.
