Planning/ Logistics/ Warehouse Manager

Our client offers shuttle bus services from Vung Tau, Bien Hoa, District 2, and Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park, ensuring convenient transportation (40- 50 minutes) to their factory.

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee Production Planning, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics with the following responsibilities:

Develop and execute production and capacity plans.
Evaluate volume requirements against planning assumptions and manage inventory risks effectively.
Address material planning issues promptly, especially in cases of shortages affecting production.
Recommend solutions to overcome operational risks and enhance business efficiency.
Ensure efficient material scheduling strategies to meet production requirements with minimal stock levels and cost optimization.

Manage obsolete parts and minimize business liabilities and waste.
Monitor warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Implement processes to maintain inventory accuracy and control levels effectively.
Oversee labeling processes to ensure accurate deliveries to customers.

Collaborative, friendly, and team- oriented mindset.
Strong experience in inventory, stock, distribution, and replenishment planning.
Familiarity with Advanced Production Planning and ERP Software, particularly SAP B1.
Proven experience in Material, Planning, and Logistics in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of quality and operational standards like IATF 16949, GMP, OEE, Capacity Analysis, TPM, ERP POKAYOKE, and 6Sigma is advantageous.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
