Planning Executive/ Senior Planning (Event Agency)

• Understand client goals and translate them into strong creative directions.

• Lead and oversee the development of big ideas for music festivals and outdoor events.
• Create and present persuasive presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, account) to shape cohesive and impactful proposals.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross- functional coordination
• Write and review detailed proposals, including event concepts, activities, schedules, and key deliverables.
• Guide internal brainstorming sessions and ensure ideas stay aligned with the overall strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pop culture, and creative best practices to inspire standout concepts.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative development, event planning, or a related field
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
• Passion for music festival, concert, events, and brand experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross- functional teams.
