Planning Executive

- Material Planning and Forecasting+ Develop material requirement plans based on MPS and production schedules.+ Analyze BOM (Bill of Materials) and calculate material requirements for products.+ Create and maintain material demand forecasting models.+ Execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning).- Inventory Management+ Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components.+ Manage safety stock levels for critical materials.+ Analyze inventory turnover rates and recommend improvements.+ Identify and resolve issues related to slow- moving or excess inventory.- Purchasing Coordination+ Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure timely material supply.+ Generate and track purchase requests.+ Monitor supplier lead times and recommend improvements.+ Assess and manage supply risks.- Reporting and Analysis+ Prepare regular material status and inventory reports.+ Analyze material planning performance and recommend improvements.+ Report production material status for D+3 on a daily basis.+ Track KPIs such as Service Level and Inventory Value.- Problem Solving+ Handle material shortages and mitigate impacts on production.+ Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve supply issues.+ Recommend alternative solutions when supply- related incidents occur.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.- Experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain.- Manufacturing environment experience preferred.* Skills- LEAN thinking, systems thinking, and logical thinking.- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.- Solid understanding of MRP, MPS, and material planning methods.- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.- Good English communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.- Strong problem- solving and logical thinking abilities.- Ability to work under pressure.- Detail- oriented and meticulous in work.
