Physical Design Engineer (Hybrid Working)

Position OverviewWe are hiring Physical Design Engineers for two specialization tracks: STA (Static Timing Analysis) and EMIR (Electromigration & IR Drop). Candidates may choose the track that best fits their expertise.

Track A – STA Focus Responsibilities
- Manage timing setup, convergence, and sign‑off.
- Analyze timing reports and collaborate with design teams.
- Execute DMMMC flows and ECOs.
- Perform STA using Tempus across PVT corners.

Track B – EMIR Focus Responsibilities
- Perform EM/IR analysis using RHSC/Voltus.
- Troubleshoot EMIR issues and document flows.
- Build reference flows and automate workflows.
- Validate PDK/tech files for new nodes.

Track A – STA Focus Requirements
- Experience with 16nm/7nm/5nm nodes.
- TCL scripting skills.
- Strong STA methodology knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
Track B – EMIR Focus Requirements
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Perl/TCL).
- Experience with RHSC/Voltus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of EM/IR.
