Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Follow company coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver features
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Mentor and support less experienced team members to improve their skills and work quality
Design, develop, test, and maintain software components
Provide effort estimates for planned work and communicate adjustments when scope or requirements change
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Document your work for future reference and team knowledge sharing

Must have:

Comfortable navigating uncertainty and finding structure in unclear tasks
Experience with REST APIs and database design
Strong in analytical and creative thinking skills
At least 3 years of hands- on experience in PHP software development
Proactive and self- motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
Confident in proposing and defending own solutions, while remaining open to feedback
Familiar with version control systems (e.g. Git)
Familiar with PIM (Product Information Management) systems
Innovative and able to think beyond standard solutions (“outside- the- box” mindset)
Confident in English communication, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

Proactive in developing and proposing implementation ideas without waiting for instruction
Experienced in QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) practices
Skilled in translating vague client wishes into clear, actionable steps
Comfortable working with open- ended, abstract goals
Strong understanding of client expectations, even when not fully expressed
