Monitor the implementation of all import- export activities and ensure compliance with the regulations and standards for import and export laws.
Ensure compliance with all trade regulations and changes, sharing import- export related knowledge with colleagues involved.
Incorporate with other departments and consulting firm in company to prepare annual customs finalization reports (CFR); working with customs authorities and working with customs authorities on post- clearance inspection companies.
Other tasks assigned by management.
Regularly update regulations on Customs, import and export tax, and train subordinates.
Solve problems that occur during the import and export of goods in daily.
Perform works related to certificate of origin (CO).
Manage and store documents related to the company&039;s import and export of goods.
Timely resolve and report arising problems (if any).
Perform works related to customs and goods clearance.
Root cause analysis and guide and report to higher positions to eliminate the gap in the processes.
Establish the targets and streamline processes to incorporate with the government regulations.
