You will possess a strong understanding of pest biology, behavior, and effective treatment methodologies, coupled with excellent communication, problem- solving, and organizational skills.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Technical Mastery: Deep and demonstrable knowledge of common pests, their life cycles, and effective control strategies. Expertise in various application techniques (e.g., spraying, baiting, dusting, fumigation- depending on your service offerings) and the safe and efficient operation of related equipment.
Computer literate
Language Skills: Fluent Vietnamese and English
Certifications and Licenses: Possess relevant pest control certifications and licenses as required by local regulations. [Specify any specific licenses or certifications that are highly desirable].
Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians. Experience in performance management, training, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the pest control industry, with significant hands- on experience in applying a wide range of pest control treatments across various environments (residential, commercial, industrial).
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks and documentation.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management. Strong presentation and training skills are a plus.
