Provide translation/interpretation for meetings and documents when required.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes; maintain proper filing and documentation.
Prepare daily verbal updates and monthly reports; perform additional tasks assigned by the GM.
Support the General Manager in maintaining high service standards and overall hotel operations.
Conduct regular room inspections, ensuring all rooms—especially VIP—meet quality standards before check- in.
Monitor and manage office supplies; support smooth communication across all levels.
Handle calls, messages, schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements for the GM.
Assist teams in resolving guest service issues and uphold hotel standards across departments.
Manage guest feedback, reviews, and complaints; coordinate service recovery with departments.
Arrange travel, accommodations, and office logistics for the General Manager.

Required Skills:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Enthusiastic, proactive, creative, and responsible
Have negotiation and problem- solving skills
Good planning, organizing, and customer relation skills
Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business, Hotel Management, or Secretarial Studies
Experience:
3 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with an international brand
