Your Responsibilities
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Actively monitor tasks delegated by the CEO to respective teams until completion and make sure results are delivered.
Deliver information and messages from the CEO to the responsible staff and departments with clarity and timeliness.
Write regular and in- process reports as requested by the CEO, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Carefully manage and remind the CEO&039;s schedule through Google Calendar by arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans with accuracy and consideration.
Other ad- hoc tasks as assigned.
Prepare and organize documents, reports and summarize meeting notes for executive meetings.
Maintain relationships with clients on behalf of the CEO through professional and efficient correspondence.
Manage the CEO&039;s emails and social media accounts.
Requirements
Must have
Professional appearance, suitable for representing the executive office in both internal meetings and public engagements.
Bachelor‘s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Language or related fields.
Highly responsible, diligent, attentive to details.
Comfortable with business travel or short- distance commuting when necessary to support company events and meetings.
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Fluent English speaking and writing skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above). Proficient in email communication.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant applications.
Nice to have
Experienced in working with C- level executives.
Being familiar with IT knowledge and terms is a plus.
Experienced in using task management tools (Trello) or communication tools (Slack and/or WhatsApp).
