Prepare performance test reports and provide recommendations for system optimization.
Experience testing APIs and Microservices architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze performance metrics including response time, throughput, transactions per second (TPS), requests per second (RPS), error rates, and resource utilization.
Conduct performance testing for APIs used by digital channels and enterprise systems, including card onboarding, card management, customer inquiry, balance inquiry, statement services, payment processing, installment services, and other card- related functions.
District 4, Ho Chi Minh City (Onsite)
Experience
Validate performance across end- to- end integration flows involving ESB, Salesforce, Mobile App, LOS, Collections, Payment Systems, and other satellite applications.
Simulate real- world transaction volumes and user concurrency to validate system capacity and performance.
API & Integration Testing (20%)
Performance & Load Testing (60%)
Strong hands- on experience with JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or K6.
Banking, Financial Services, Core Banking, Core Card, or Payment Systems experience is highly preferred.
3- 6 Months
Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Testing or System Testing.
Contract Duration
Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for APIs, microservices, middleware, and core card processing services.
Requirements
Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Spike Testing, and Endurance Testing for the new Core Card System (Way4).
Monitor application, middleware, database, and infrastructure performance during testing.
This is NOT a Manual Testing or UAT Testing role.
Identify performance bottlenecks across APIs, middleware, databases, and downstream systems.
Investigate performance issues and collaborate with Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Vendor, and Business teams to identify root causes.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Experience working on large- scale enterprise systems with millions of API requests per day.
