Performance Marketing Specialist

In this role, you’ll develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates for our mobile app.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong growth mindset, deep understanding of user behavior, and a passion for data.
Key Responsibilities:

Combine SEO and content strategies to boost organic traffic and reduce dependency on paid channels.
Collaborate with product and design teams to craft engaging user experiences, including creative ads, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
Develop and execute user acquisition and retention strategies tailored to different product growth stages.
Plan, launch, and optimize SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to boost reach and brand performance.
Analyze campaign data and user behavior to uncover insights that improve conversion rates (CVR) and user lifetime value (LTV).
Propose and test new growth initiatives (A/B testing, remarketing, channel experiments) to enhance performance.
Monitor ROI, ROAS, CPI, CAC, and other key metrics to ensure campaign efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years
f experience in digital marketing,
app store optimization, mobile marketing, or mobile user acquisition.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, RevenueCat…).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong understanding of paid channels (Google, Meta, etc.) and app store optimization.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Experienced with managing ROI/ROAS.
