Design marketing messages and campaigns that resonate with different customer segments, using gamified rewards, challenges, and personalized content to boost engagement.
Customer Personalization:
Work closely with the data analytics and MarTech teams to create personalized marketing campaigns and experiences that drive conversion and retention.
Lead initiatives to improve customer personalization by leveraging data- driven insights, segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
Use customer data to develop hyper- targeted messaging, product offers, and engagement strategies that increase lifetime value and enhance the customer experience.
Performance Marketing Optimization:
Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Develop and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Utilize A/B testing, multi- channel attribution, and other analytical tools to refine marketing strategies and maximize performance across all digital platforms.
Cross- Channel Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, email, and in- app messaging.
Coordinate with the creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall CVM product strategy and contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and value growth.
Customer Journey Optimization:
Identify drop- off points and friction in the customer journey, using data and insights to optimize customer touchpoints.
Ensure that personalized marketing messages align with customer behaviors and preferences at each stage of the journey.
