OBJECTIVES

for Partnership team with knowledge in digital marketing, experience in client/partner leadership and aiming to formulate & generate partner/supplier strategy including partnership, purchasing and trading to:

Increase capability of PMAX to provide total performance marketing solutions to clients

JOB DESCRIPTION
Partnership development & Stakeholder management:
Buid, implement and follow up JBP plan with each partner from performance (volume), product development/adoption, co- marketing activities, …
Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners in order to enhance PMAX capability and profitability.
Work with other internal teams to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
Establish a systematic process for partner/vendor outreach and relationship management.
Work in liaison with the sales, marketing team and Front Office teams (Media, Strategy, Creative, Ecommerce) to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
Media Buying:
Manage vendor relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc in order to optimize for profitability.
Develop and implement trading strategies including: package the product, build the pipeline, drive performance…
Work with project teams (Account, Media, Strategy, Creative, Ecommerce) and Finance & Accounting team to plan and manage budget, purchasing orders and cash flow.
Work closely with other teams to maintain daily operation from onboarding, monitoring to closing.
Manage daily operations including purchasing process, supplier database maintenance, purchase records, and related documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Vietnamese and English- IELTS 6.5 or relevant.
Good at project management, stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, data analysis and negotiation skills.
At least 1 year experience as Media Buying Manager/Partnership Manager/Account Manager or relevant roles as management level.
You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win- win solutions.
Proven ability towards constructive networking.
Good to have
Experienced in Marketing field, especially agencies side
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Supervisory and management experience.
