Partnership Marketing Lead

Build up and handle merchant rewards scheme.
Collaboration with Marketing team and Partnership team, to handle campaign for merchants: newbie, retention, Exclusive, Top merchants.
Report to Head of Partnership.
Handle branding for Merchants on Got It channels. Control the arrangement to ensure visibility of Merchant’s brand to enhance performance of redemption.
Make initiative for this project, manage the partners/coordinators to check POSM and deal with Merchant.
Support Marketing team and collab with Partnership team to get promotion code for Got It campaigns.
Handle project POSM to ensure visibility of Got In at all merchant’s channels which align with business plan.
Support campaign Scan It by collecting bills of both partner and non- partner merchants.

Key Skills

5+ years of marketing/product management experience, handling marketing, promotions or loyalty programs for a consumer facing, ideally e- commerce or tech platform company.
Have a clear understanding of how to plan an end- to- end marketing roll out for new campaigns (e.g. product launches, consumer campaigns, merchant campaigns etc.).
Proven track record of defining and executing campaign strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs.

Results- oriented and data- driven: Able to make data- informed decisions for a marketing plan. Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
