Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a partnership pipeline while tracking partnership performance.
Prepare and update regular reports on partnership activities and performance.
Proactively approach, connect, and expand the B2B partner network.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to convert partnership opportunities into revenue.
Monitor partnership progress to ensure smooth collaboration and business effectiveness.
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with potential partners in international markets.
Maintain long- term relationships and strengthen engagement with existing partners.
Requirements
Strong relationship- building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, or B2B Sales roles.
Proactive, quick to adapt, and business growth- oriented mindset.
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Strong pipeline management and task- tracking skills.
Ability to work independently as well as cross- functionally with different teams.
