What You Will Do:
Evaluate effectiveness of training and onboarding processes to increase partner success rates and satisfaction.
Develop and conduct partner training.
Verify partner addresses in google maps / street view to confirm shop location.
Utilize Google Sheets, Looker and the Onboarding Staff App for accurate tracking, data analysis and data reporting.
Ensure all incoming partner requests and concerns are resolved in an urgent, professional, and personable manner, utilizing Salesforce and Gmail.
Make note of impressive and unique partners, recommending them to appropriate Sourcing teams.
Research and recruit potential partners to meet business needs.
Run virtual shop evaluations to ensure all prospective partners meet the qualifications and criteria to become a successful partner.
Comfortable with occasional high volume email and call campaigns as needed.
As a “first face” for new partners, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere / promoting excitement to begin working with Our company.
Ensure shop evaluation results are accurately and promptly recorded in the appropriate trackers and Salesforce.
What We Offer:
Probationary period: 85% salary, annual salary increase.
Salary is negotiable based on ability, up to 10.5 million/month.
All necessary working tools and equipment will be fully provided.

At least 1 years of experience in customer support, account management, and/or service management position preferred, with history of producing results through strong relationships
Working Hours & Location:
1 hour break, with 2 Saturdays off and all Sundays off per month.
Working hours: 20:00- 05:00 or 23:00- 08:00 (Work from home)
