RESPONSIBILITIES
Expert Instruction (≈ 60 %)
Deliver engaging, strategy‑focused lessons for SAT, ACT, SSAT, and ISEE in small‑group or 1‑on‑1 formats;
Targets: average score gain +120 SAT / +4 ACT;
Student Progress Tracking (≈ 15 %)
Administer diagnostics and full‑length mocks;
Analyze results, set score goals, and provide weekly feedback;
Targets: ≥ 90 % of students hit milestones; reports uploaded on time;
Curriculum & Content Development (≈ 10 %)
Develop or refresh then share lesson decks, question banks, and homework sets if required;
Parent & Team Communication (≈ 10 %)
Coordinate with academic manager and operations;
Lead progress conferences and send session reports;
Targets: Internal responses within 24 h;
Professional Development (≈ 5 %)
Attend PD workshops and mentor junior teachers;
Targets: 100 % PD attendance; positive peer reviews;
Key Performance Indicators
Reports & mock tests delivered on time (100 %).
Average score gain per student (by test);
REQUIREMENTS
Near‑perfect scores: SAT 1550+ (770+ per section) or ACT 35+ (35+ subscores) — plus 95th‑percentile sectional scores for SSAT/ISEE;
Work eligibility: Legal right to work in Vietnam (or valid work permit);
Fluent English: IELTS 8.0 overall | 7.5 Speaking (or equivalent C2 level);
Instructional expertise: Demonstrated curriculum‑design skills and data‑driven instructional practice;
Academic pedigree: Bachelor’s or higher degree from a top‑tier university (Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, Cambridge, or any QS/Times global top 30);
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with U.S. & international admissions advising processes.
Proven track record: Minimum 1 year teaching SAT/ACT or comparable high‑stakes exams with documented average score gains of ≥ +150 SAT or +5 ACT per student;
Master’s degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, Mathematics, or related field;
Experience training and coaching other test‑prep instructors;
Former standardized‑test item writer, official test center coordinator, or lead instructor at an elite prep academy;
